Guide How to Add in Outlook

1. Download the signature image. Use PNG for the sharpest text and logo; use JPG only if Outlook compatibility is an issue.
2. Open Outlook signature settings: select Settings (gear icon), then Accounts, then Signatures.
3. Create a new signature or edit an existing one. If creating a new signature, give it a clear name or description.
4. In the signature editor, click Insert, then Pictures, and choose the WASBKK signature image you downloaded.
5. Use the 450px PNG for best quality. If the image appears too large in Outlook, drag the lower-right resize handle left until the footer is about the width of the Cancel button in Outlook's signature screen. Send yourself a test email before using it widely.
6. Keep any clickable email address, website, or phone number as typed text below the image if links are required.
